Personality Types Prone To Anxiety and Depression

AI just did an interview with Blindfold Magazine scheduled to come out in October about anxiety and depression, and the personality types prone to problems.

Worriers, perfectionists, over-reactors.

The importance of understanding the way you think has a great deal to do with how you manage your anxiety, stress and depression.

For example, did you know good worriers make fabulous goal setters?  You use the same skills: vivid imagination, futuristic “what if” thinking, and creativity.  But you learn how to turn those traits outside of yourself to go after the dreams you want, as opposed to turning them inward and making yourself sick with worry.

Instead of  thinking, “What if I am losing my job?”… you learn to turn your reactive thoughts in to Pro-Active, positive thinking and manifestation such as, “What if I end up in a job I enjoy more, making more money, and having more freedom?” Can you see the shift?

I hope you check out my article full of tips for managing your anxiety and depression during these times of challenge and change.  I will post the link when it’s live!

Until then…Go Live Your Life…
